I didn’t start out with a passion for healthy eating. I didn’t use to understand the impact food choices had on my life.  I was one of those people who obligingly ate salads from time to time and tried to remember to include a vegetable with dinner.

I felt intuitively that I could improve my life with my food choices, but I was totally guessing my way through the process. Dietarily, it felt like I was flipping channels, but never able to tune into something that worked.
